Returns and exchanges are made very easy through us.
A- The customer has the right to request a replacement or return of the products or goods he purchased within 7 days of receiving the shipment from the Fadaat store in some cases such as: -
1- If you received a wrong product or item or the item does not meet the description stated by the merchant in our store.
2- If you receive a damaged, counterfeit or imitation product with counterfeit brand data.
3- If you find that the purchased product or item is not of the size or weight stated on it.
4- If you find a defect in the quality of the purchased product.
5- If the products or goods are in violation of Saudi standard specifications.
6- In the event that you do not need the purchased product, the purchased item or product can be returned within 3 days from the time of purchase.
B- Products that cannot be exchanged or returned:
1- Used, damaged, dirty products.
2- The product is not in its original condition when you received it.
3- The tag or stickers on the purchased item have been removed.
4- The product must not be in its original packaging or without its accessories.
5- Not providing a receipt or proof of purchase for the product.
6- The expiry of the replacement or return period. You are not entitled to request a replacement or return of the product at all.
Cases in which the customer bears the shipping costs:
1- The customer’s failure to provide us with the information required to deliver the products to him.
2- If the delivery address given by the customer is incorrect.
3- If the contact information is incorrect.
4- Inability to reach the customer according to the shipping and delivery policy.
Attention: The refund period after receiving the product or when canceling the order ranges from 7-14 days.
When requesting a return service, the fee is: 30 riyals.
